President of Administration
AS, BA, MA
Jack has over 40 years of experience in the formation of businesses and corporations. He was a former Army Infantry Officer and a Defense Contractor. Jack is a former College Professor and Department Chair as well as a Director of Acedemics. He is currently the Board Vice President of a non-profit Cancer center. Jack has worked in Emergency medical services for over 15 years and was a former OSHA instructor. Jack holds Associate, Bachelor, and Masters Degrees and is currently completing a PhD in Counseling.
Director of Training and Compliance
RN, BA, LM
Sheryl has over 37 years in the Nursing field, and has served for 13 years in the State of Michigan for a multi doctor practice. Sheryl holds a bachelors degree in Counseling, and is a licensed minister. She has extensive experience in community projects such as domestic violence, human trafficking and homeless outreach for low economic areas. Sheryl has participated in jail and prison mentorship programs and opened a home for incarcerated woman and children in Colorado. She has spent most of her nursing career in the geriatric population as well as Hospice. Sheryl also worked as an instructor and trainer for Medicare Nurse Competencies at multiple facilities.
Director of Marketing
Kitty Kleinhuizen, owner of GreenKat Marketing in Ontonagon, has Master degrees in Marketing and Counseling, and holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and Hospital Administration. It is her goal to help facilitate business growth in Ontonagon by assisting organizations in upgrading their marketing and branding efforts to modern standards. She has experience in caring for the terminally ill, and considers the respectful treatment of the elderly a top priority on both personal and societal levels.

Director of Community Operations
Matt Wiesen is a 5th generation Ontonagon resident, has been a business owner in the Ontonagon area since 2005, and is devoted to business development and adding value to the community. Matt is personally invested in the need for more localized long-term care, and considered a great asset to the Sunset Harbor Homes initiative.
Director of Human Resources
Erica has been a caregiver for over 20 years in both a professional and family care capacity. As a family provider she has cared for grandparents, friends and neighbors as well as caring for both of her parents during terminal Cancer. Erica has been employed with Northern Homecare through UPCAP caring for the elderly and disabled. Additionally, she is a board member of Ontonagon County Cancer Association and is passionate about taking care of the people in our community. Everyone deserves to be loved and cared for especially during their sunset years.
